CURRENT SHIPPING OFFERS

FREE standard shipping within Australia

We ship from Canberra, ACT using Australia Post. All deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed between Monday- Thursday are shipped the next business day. 

EXPRESS POST - $10

Orders placed between Monday -Thursday are shipped via Australia Post Express Post the next business day.  

 International Standard Flat Rate Shipping - $20

We ship using Australia Post. Faster courier delivery can be arranged on request. Please contact us for a quote if required.

AUSTRALIA

Free Standard Shipping

Shipping method is Australia Post eParcel Regular. Delivery is expected within 2-5 business days

Express Post Shipping

Parcels will be sent the next business day via Australia Post Express post. Please refer to Australia Post for delivery coverage at your location.  

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping method is Australia Post international eParcel. Expected delivery within 10-20 days.

International courier (FedEx, DHL, TOLL) can be negotiated if required. Please contact us with your needs.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We make every endeavour to deliver an order by the date and/or times requested, however delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.

For international orders, you are responsible for any handling charges, including customs duty, imports tax, VAT etc., payable on receipt. We will endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum, however, we make no guarantees.

Please provide us with accurate delivery details, as we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details as provided by you.  If you provide us with incorrect delivery details: 

  • If your parcel needs to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur additional charges, or 
  • If the parcel is left at the wrong address we will not be able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs.

 

Furthermore Hallam watches will not accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:

  • Left address/ unknown
  • Refused
  • Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
  • Invalid or closed military designated unit or zip/post code
  • Not located at address provided

 

If your order is returned for any of the aforementioned reasons, Hallam watches will issue you with a store credit to the value of your order not including any shipping & handling costs associated with your order. This includes shipping & handling fees for 'Free Shipping' purchases.

Please know that all items returned for the above reasons are automatically returned to stock for re-ordering. 

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Stated delivery times are industry averages. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
